Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Rezervasyonum olmasına rağmen ücretin düşük olduğu gerekçesiyle otel beni kabul etmedi. Hotels.com müşteri temsilcisi sorunu çözemedi ve benimle iletişimi kesti. Cebim den 2 misli para ödeyerek tekrar rezervasyon yaptım.
