"AC worked great. Room was fine. Food was tasty. Elevator was not working, had to walk up to the 3rd floor which was difficult for me. The next morning we were moved to a suite on a lower floor with stairs that had a handrail. This was much appreciated as the main stairs have no handrail."

"El sábado 9 de mayo 2026 Desde que llego hacer check in. Ya habia problemas. No servía el elevador. Yo viajé con mi madre invalida y ni como subir escaleras. Nos pidieron tiempo segun ya estaban arreglando el elevador y nada. Como las 9pm nos dieron un cuarto en otro hotel. Camas muy chicas. Si hubiese manera de que reembolsaran ese día. Pues prácticamente se perdió en esperar y no descansamos bien. Pueden comunicarse al hotel que yo había rentado para que confirmen todos los inconvenientes que tuvimos. Gracias "
