"It was ok. bedreooms were clean but the freezer stunk realy bad and the owner sent the cleaning lady a day early to pick the keys up wich made it kinda awkward having to tell him its not time for me to check out. Also we met after check in time 3pm is already kind of a late check in time to me so showing up anytime after that just taking away wat i pay for."

"Husband reserved with vrbo And got confirmation. Upon arrival at San Felipe the property manager Eric and Andrés stated there was an issue with payment requesting my credit card. I showed him my confirmation email and he sent it to himself. 5 days later now that I am in the USA, I received a call at 9:30 pm from el dorado each asking for a copy of my ID so that homeaway can relase then the money. "Once checked in, the townhouse was perfect. AC was cool on a hot day, pool in the neighborhood was awesome, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, hot water was hot! Post check-in for security at Eldorado Ranch is slow and bureaucratic, which after a long hot day in the desert, is not great. Sadly, this is the norm at Eldorado Ranch based on five years of staying in this area for race events."
