"Great staff. Owner is very helpful and entertaining. Room was basic but comfortable and very clean. Nice little garden area, and nice breakfast. Good location for walking throughout the historical center. Really enjoyed our stay, and will return."

"Excelente lugar ubicado a una cuadra de la Plaza Grande y Catedral. Tiene restaurantes, tiendas, todo cerca. La terminal de autobuses a unas cuantas cuadras. El lugar es limpio, acogedor, más grande que en foto y la suite tiene todo. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Merida Santiago Hotel Boutique. The staff are amazing, the room is immaculate, the restaurant serves delicious food, and the vibe is welcoming and laid back. We liked the location- away from the center but within walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again! "
