The AC needs to be maintained, when turned on, it smelled like humid which caused us to start sneezing. The breakfast is ok and the service is good. The cleaning of the rooms was good and the front desk was kind and attentive.

Travel Agent was suppose to have booked us a room w/ a kitche ntte, A/C didn't work well! Thot it would b a better safer neighbor hood, we were to scared to drive ! Staff was great & helped move I s to another Tecno hotel on itzaes, which was worse, a/c was not working right & started spitting 1×1 " ice chunks put & making a loud noise, i thot it was going to blow up? We had to be move to 3 diff rooms ,black mold made us sick, we spent 1 week in bed sick ,our whole trip was ruined! Staff was rude to us & made us feel unwelcome! We are looking to seek attorney to get reimbursed for hotel stay! Sue tra usothose roads

Clean room and bathroom. AC too old did not work too well, remote of TV failed (could not change TV channels), internet availability was terrible, could not get signal easily and remarkably slow.
