Our room was cleaned daily for our 6 night stay. Staff made sure to keep the AC on for our return to the room which was very appreciated by my kids who were dying with the Merida heat. The pool was closed for 2 days which was not ideal but other than that this was a great place to stay at.

Se ve que es un hotel antiguo, sus cuartos son sencillos pero su servicio es de primera, las habitaciones limpias, tiene piscina y me tocó ver que le dan mantenimiento, también tiene estacionamiento, es un hotel seguro y su personal muy atento. Destacaría que hay mucho personal y dedicados, por lo que es agradable ver que es una fuente de empleo local. La única sugerencia es que pongan algunas almohadas más delgadas.

Estuvimos 1 semana en el hotel, esta céntrico, el personal es amable, las instalaciones en general son buenas, no tuvimos ningún detalle durante nuestra estancia. Si bien cuenta con restaurante pero es solo para desayunos. El estacionamiento puede llegar a llenarse durante los fines de semana y puede ser algo complicado si tienes un vehículo grande. El costo obtenido en Expedia fue muy inferior al costo del hotel en recepción.
