Clean room, nice bathroom, have stayed here several times. I enjoy the location, design of the rooms, comfort, the rooms are large and the pool is nice. Great value for price.

Overall, it was good. We would definitely stay there again. Only negatives were that the bathroom wasn’t air conditioned, so was very humid, and we weren’t sure if the pool was ok (very cloudy). On the plus side, very helpful staff, great WiFi, handy water refill station in the lobby, very pretty hotel, hammock in room, private, parking lot, location, plenty of lights, good a/c, appreciated having a mini-fridge.

Just for one night but I always stay here when I’m Merida which is often. Great location, nicely designed and spacious rooms, they need to do some basic upkeep but overall still love this place for the price.

Great location with easy walking access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. However, I was disappointed that the booking indicated breakfast was included, yet I was later charged for it—and the cost was about three times what a similar meal would have been at a nearby restaurant. The staff were also not particularly friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience less enjoyable. The location was a plus, but the unexpected breakfast charge and lack of hospitality were disappointing.

i had a really nice weekend, the hotel is located very close to paseo Montejo and its super walkable, lots of activities near by, the hotel looks nice an new, the towels could be way better, they give few and old looking, several new restaurants open in the area so many options to dine, it seems that the area is been rescued so in a sew more month would be great

Fantastic! Especially the room, shower/bathroom. Everything is so close to the hotel. Only downside was the pool because it didn’t seem clean but thats ok since the beach was only 30 minutes away. Will definitely recommend this place👍

Beautiful, small, tasteful hotel with charming decor and a very kind staff. My (large!) room had a courtyard view and an amazing deep bathtub. Shops and restaurants all around. Very walkable to the center of town. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd visit to Hotel Marionetas. The staff and attention is excellent! The rooms are comfortable and in the heat - the air conditioning was great! I would like to see them improve their breakfast by perhaps adding a few more egg options and tortillas! Tortillas are essential in Mexico!!

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfertable. Breakfast was good. And they even prepared us a breakfast box to eat when we had an early tour, so we could eat on our tour. Wi-Fi very good. As Uber is not reliable compared with Mexico City, staying here is also great because it is walking distance from most of the places to see and eat. Mosquitoes were in each night, so preparation of bug spray or device to keep away mosquitoes might be good to have.
