We loved it. Front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Check in was less than 2 min. Our room was Perfect, had everything we needed. Quiet space for my 2 old month baby. Bellboy was helpful. Building close to el centro. The pool was nice too. The only thing that wasn’t great was the TV and cable system, it was out of date. Other than that we would happily come back. 10/10 !!!

What a beautiful place to stay. This hotel is tucked in Parque de los Hidalgo which is so convenient. The hotel is well preserved and filled with beautiful artwork. The service was great, the front desk staff was prompt. We requested a cab and they made the arrangements as requested. The room is perfect for a nite with all the amenities a/c, TV and toiletries. There is a pool on the third floor. I didn’t go in the water, I did a temp check with my toe, it felt great. I would totally stay here again.

Old Style Hotel, Business room with balcony nice

The Hotel has a good Location. It is an older building, but my Business room was OK, it was Clean. There is some noise coming from the street. A coworker helped me with the luggage, but the wake Up call never happened, even If I mentioned it several Times.

When I was searching for the hotels in Merida they showed a beautiful building big and nice but is not that one the hotel is rating 8.2 is nothing compare with another hotels I went in my previous trips. This don’t not have elevator, the beds is pretty bad not comfortable the shower never I couldn’t control the temperature was coming very hot or cold. I don’t not recommend this property l.
