The room was very clean and well set, the restaurant was a bit expensive but excellent quality and presentation. The walk path around the lakes was very maddy so it needs to be resurfaced
Absolutely beautiful stay. I booked two rooms, one for myself and one for my parents who are visiting from Canada. Both of us were extremely happy and all the resort staff were so lovely and accommodating.
Well appointed luxury hotel, suitable for short and longer stays. Ample parking, friendly and competent staff. Quality of buffet breakfast well below par on this occasion.
Not much I can fault on. It was a perfect stay for the family holiday!
Clean room, comfortable bed, facilities for any age, great dining, easy parking, convenient location! If I really had to critique - which really doesn’t matter is they just need a laundry service.
Great location being so close to the hills. Lots to explore nearby, Healsville, Yarra Glen etc as well as the wineries. Also a great base to be for a hot air balloon adventure.
A very comfortable hotel with ample covered parking and a couple of good restaurants. Will certainly return!
Loved seeing the Kangaroos from the balcony and the best buffet breakfast I have had for a long time. Indoor pool and spa/sauna were fantastic. A shame the nice restaurant wasn't open for dinner on a Sunday night.
