"The room was beautiful and featured a double sided fireplace, which really made the room toasty warm. The bathroom was really nice, with beautiful copper sinks and a heated floor, what a treat for the cold mornings! Estes Park had just had a big snow so the property and views were stunning! We would definitely stay there again, and we can’t wait to come back!"

"The bathroom was dangerous. Even with the very small tub mat, it was very slick. Unless you are very tall you cannot reach the shower head. It is in a very inconvenient position, shooting water to the back of the tubwall. Nothing to hold on to or any place to put your shampoo bottle. When I slipped, I fell out of the tub. No plug for either the tub or the sink. I was forced wash my hair in the sink using a mug. No place to hang wet towels or floor mat."

"Sheets were not clean with hairs around the bedding as if they just remade the bed without changing sheets, bathroom wall did have what looked like a skid mark by my toilet paper roll:(( did try to make a complaint but no call back. Also was never given my pet deposit back when there was no issues when left "
