The staff was great at check in. The room left a lot to be desired for supposedly being recently renovated. Scuffs in walls, can hear everything in the next room, the bathroom wasn’t in great condition. More of just a place for if you need to pass out for a while.

The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the room was very worn. There were even drink/liquid marks on the walls, & much used furniture. Bathroom was nice! The tv didn’t work, but someone from the hotel did come in & replace the it. I still couldn’t get logged into anything & had to keep messing w/ it until I figured it out (hdmi cord had to be plugged into #1 & not #3). After all of that, my Disney account kept trying to load. So being in a room with 3 children under 9 was a little frustrating. Otherwise it was quiet & the view of the river was nice. They are doing renovations it looks like. The hotel is huge & it looked like our wing was used for storage because during our long walk to the pool, there were no other people & a lot of rooms were labeled with sticky notes that read “king storage” or “queen.” I think because of the cheap deal I got, they placed us in that wing at the end, which was fine bc it was quiet, but it was just very old looking &worn. Now let me get to the awesome stuff! Once you get into the central area near the lobby, it is beautiful!!! Breakfast was gorgeous, there were only 2 options and no meat, but the display was beautiful. There was nice music playing and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The pool was great too, which is by the breakfast area. It was warm and the hot tub was working. I would have loved to stay in one of the rooms that surrounded that main hub area. There was a couple cornhole boards set up there & even a little arcade.

Check in with ease. Friendly desk staff and entryway welcoming and smelled good. The hotel is older but you can see upgrades are ongoing. I was disappointed the pool was not operational due to that being a reason I choose the hotel. Room was reasonably comfortable but I did look under the bed at one point due to dropping something and could see a few pieces of garbage under both beds. Having shared all that the price was right and I would book again
