Excessive and nonsensical rules, making the guest experience highly unpleasant: • Breakfast & Access Control: An extra card is required for breakfast and must be used even to exit the area. There is a turnstile system in place; if you leave to use the restroom, you cannot re-enter the restaurant without requesting permission from the reception. • Key Card Issues: Every time a guest leaves the room, even without leaving the hotel premises, they must stop by the front desk to "recharge" the key card. • Parking & Security: The facial recognition system at the parking exit is non-functional. We are constantly dependent on the reception staff just to drive out of the hotel. • Housekeeping: To have towels changed before the two-day mark, a formal request must be made to the front desk, yet again. Specific issues with our room: • Plumbing: The toilet flush is malfunctioning. • Climate Control: The air conditioning is not working properly. • Hygiene: There is a foul odor coming from the drains. • Acoustics: The room lacks soundproof windows, despite facing a busy avenue. • Lighting: The blackout curtains are insufficient.

Tudo tem que ser pago com antecedência, o que para mim é muito chato. Internet não funciona, conecta por 30s e cai, horrível para trabalhar, tive que rotear minha internet do telefone. Banho razoável com a temperatura da água oscilando durante o banho. toda vez que sobe ao quarto tem q validar a chave na recepção. tem catraca para tomar café com chave magnética a parte. não troca toalhas todos os dias, se quiser tem que pagar. banheiro inunda, molha tapete e não dá para trocar sem pagar...

Fiquei hospedado no hotel e fui atendido pelo senhor Giliard, que foi extremamente mal-educado e grosseiro, me fazendo sentir como se eu estivesse incomodando. Parecia que ele estava me fazendo um favor ao me hospedar. Não recomendo o hotel.
