Side tatilimiz genel olarak oldukça keyifli geçti. Oteldeki bazı eşyaların biraz yıpranmış olduğunu ve odamızdaki televizyonun arızalı olduğunu fark ettik. Ancak bu durumu resepsiyona bildirdiğimiz anda çok hızlı bir şekilde ilgilenip televizyonumuzu hemen değiştirdiler. Personel gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve ellerinden gelen her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Çözüm odaklı ve ilgili yaklaşımları sayesinde otelden memnun ayrıldık. Gösterdikleri ilgi ve alakadan dolayı tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz.

Fiyatına göre iyi bir konaklamaydı kesinlikle, herhangi bir ses, koku, hijyen eksikliği yoktu. Çalışanlar da kibardı. Tek maruzatım, otelin giriş kısmında olan Türk bayrağı biraz yıpranmıştı ve ufak yırtılmalar vardı kenarında. Şayet otelin yetkisi dahilindeyse daha dinç bir Türk bayrağı kullanılması daha sağlıklı olacaktır.
