"This place is always amazing. Eli helped with a balcony room upgrade. The pools are amazing and the staff will help you with whatever issue you have. All around just a great place for a family or just a couple. 5 mins from the parks"

"I paid for a package plan my hotel room I was put in from Sunday to Wednesday early morning had two double beds no closet no dresser with drawers no chairs at the table 1 of the staff workers which was a young lady she went and looked at the room and came back to the new I was put in a day before checking out and told me I was never supposed to have been put in the room the room was for a person with a wheelchair that is why the room was withooalot of amenities I spoke with staff 3 different occasions I was promised that the situation would be taken care of but instead it didn’t was just put in another full size bed room the food was not free as described on Expedia a staff worker by the name of brain works night shift said that Expedia never updated that they no longer have queen beds that kinda sucks when your miles away with a 2 year old a 3 year old 10 year old and a 30 year old daughter and a boyfriend im 51 this has been the worst they were working at early morning hrs renovating the hotel everyday you heard drills and banging like why put someone on a floor were there is noise"

"Excellent stay here! The staff from the top down treated us like royalty. They were very attentive and friendly. The resort itself is beautiful and well cared for. Our unit was spacious, quiet and spotless. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to Orlando. Well done!"
