The rooms are very clean . The staff works hard keeping it that way. The front desk, especially Eli, are top knotch. Very friendly and helpful and professional. Parking is great. It is near major roads . It is near most stores and good restaurants .

Staff was super courteous and kind! Especially the front desk lady, I think her name was Baby, she was delightful!! And the location of the hotel itself is just perfect. Right next door to a Dunkin and across the street from Wawa means getting quick bites is super convenient, and its a short car ride to the Florida Mall. I stayed over Christmas and it felt like a home away from home!

Friendly front desk who had my paperwork on the desk when I arrived at 11:30pm after a long drive. This place had everything I needed at a very good price. I am almost reluctant to go to a good review as I don't want the price to go up when people discovery Orlando Palms

The location was great, close to FL mall, restaurants, and other conveniences. However, the rooms are dated, the shower curtain kept falling, and housekeeping doesn’t service rooms daily. There was no hot water on my last day, no phone in the room to call for assistance, and the toilet became clogged.
