We had a wonderful stay ;) The staff responded quickly to our inquiry and welcomed us warmly upon arrival. We really appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing comfortably. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We would love to stay here again!

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The tasting menu in the dining room was over the top. I’ve eaten many Fine, restaurants, and the food here was spectacular. Do the chefs pairing of wine, it’s truly amazing. The staff was over the top helpful. I would just stay here again and recommend it to all my friends.

Amazing boutique hotel. Small and perfect! As soon as you walk, you are welcomed. Bags taken and moved to your room. The reception is on the top floor of the hotel. Nice longue area for you to wait if you can't be helped right away. Rooms are very comfortable. Bed is lovely. Shower is fantastic. The body lotion is superb. Hotel providesd a plug adapter for my use for my stay. Life saver. Everyone was super helpful. Location is amazing. Metro station across the street. So central. A perfect oasis. Easy walk to all the main areas. It was lovely. Wonderful stay.

It was our first visit to Madrid so we wanted to stay right in the centre and The Principal is in a great location. As you enter there is a flight of stairs and the doorman takes your details then bundles you into a small lift to reception on the 6th floor. The reception is between the restaurant and the bar and both look lovely,

Good location. Service pretty poor for a boutique 5 star hotel. We were greeted with lots of free extras none of which were actually available to us. When ordering our complimentary cocktails we were told we had to go back to our rooms and present our check in form (quite a hassle as the lifts were slow) even though this was never mentioned. When we decided to leave instead no one was in the least bit bothered.
