HabĆ­a una gotera el en vĆ”ter, pero cerrĆ© la tapa y la puerta del baƱo y ya no se oĆ­a. No dije nada estando allĆ­ porque no me gusta molestar y el ruido no me molestaba tampoco. Por lo demĆ”s genial, me encantĆ³, justo al lado de la Gran VĆ­a. Muy barato para la ubicaciĆ³n y el sitio.

Hostal agradable y acogedor

HabitaciĆ³n funcional y limpia. El Ćŗnico problema fue no poder arrojar papel al inodoro, lo cual me parece poco higiĆ©nico ya que solo habĆ­a una papelera diminuta para hacerlo. Personal muy amable y atento.

Chambre trĆØs petite et lit matrimonial de 140 cm.... Salle de bain petite et peu insonorisĆ© mais trĆØs bonne pression dans la douche. Emplacement trĆØs bien, proche de tout, chambre propre. Pas de service de bagagerie.

Muy cĆ©ntrico y personal agradable. La habitaciĆ³n y el baƱo muy pequeƱos. Mejor no pedir con desayuno, porque es un zumo en tetrapack, un cafe y dos galletas de supermercado. De haberlo sabido pedĆ­amos sin desayuno, pero nos hacĆ­a ilusiĆ³n el tĆ­pico desayuno de hotel con el buffet...

Great location in the Centre of Madrid. Very clean and tidy and functional. I had not anticipated that with a ā€œHostalā€ there was no lounge within which to sit - not a problem, just something to bear in mind. The bed was comfortable and I slept well, but sound did travel along the corridor guided by the hard walls ( perhaps some drapes to muffle the sound could be deployed). All together good value when considering location and comfort.

CENNTRAL LOCATION

MY ROOM PROVIDED A DOUBLE BED AND BATHROOM AND IT WAS CLEAN. THE BUILDING HAS A LIFT. THE LOCATION IS 5 MIN WALK TO DOWNTOWN SOL. SHOPPING CENTRES, RESTAURANT AND 20 MIN to 30 MIN to PARKS FOR SIGHTSEEING.

El hostal estĆ” muy bien ubicado con respecto al centro, en comodidad no le pongo un diez porque el baƱo era muy pequeƱo, el colchĆ³n en cambio era muy cĆ³modo. Lo peor ha sido el ruido, la habitaciĆ³n estĆ” junto a la entrada y daba a la calle por lo que se escuchaba la fiesta y a la gente llegar. Los dueƱos fueron muy amables, nos lo explicaron todo perfectamente y nos guardaron las maletas. Todo menos el ruido y el espacio de 10 pero tambiĆ©n hay que decir que la habitaciĆ³n necesita unos repasos.

Buona pensione

Si presenta maggiormente come una pensione poichĆ© nelle camere ĆØ presente anche una cucina e tutto lā€™occorrente per il bucato. Le camere un poā€™ piccole e a noi ĆØ capitata senza finestra. Ne complesso ĆØ pulito e ristrutturato discretamente. Per chi non desidera il lusso va molto bene.

I like the fact that everything was very clean, the bathroom look very nice and clean. The wall decoration was very nice as well. What I didn't like was the building hallway was dark at night time, my room was extremely small and just adjacent of the main doors, which I was hearing all the noises when people walked in and out the facility. It also made me feel a little bit insecure. I also had to leave the key inside the bedroom lock to be sure the room was locked Thanks to the air conditioning noise I was able to feel relax and able to avoid the noise at the entrance.

ExpƩrience un peu dƩcevante

Un peu dƩƧue par rapport aux photos lors de la rĆ©servation : la chambre Ć©tait minuscule (environ 6m2 sdb comprise), l'ameublement et la dĆ©co un peu dĆ©fraĆ®chis. Les chambres sont situĆ©es dans un grand appartement au deuxiĆØme Ć©tage d'un immeuble qui abrite d'autres pensions. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, ma chambre Ć©tait situĆ©e prĆØs de l'entrĆ©e, j'entendais toutes les discussions dans le couloir ainsi que la sonnette de l'appartement. TrĆØs bon emplacement juste Ć  cĆ“tĆ© de Gran Via. J'ai payĆ© 49ā‚¬ pour la nuit, ce n'est pas hors de prix mais c'est vrai que pour la prestation, je me dis que j'aurais mieux fait de prendre une auberge de jeunesse.
