"Been here with my wife and kid. I liked Conrad overall that I invited my family over and booked another room for them. Been using Conrad that some staff there knew me already. The one in the lobby in 3rd floor, John and Rj from front desk. The food is great, Josh and Eunice made sure we got the complimentary snacks (the bibingka is just so good) and whenever we eat breakfast ~very attentive. I was disappointed with the Balut being undercooked but they really made it up to me and my family. Things happen but with them , just let them know and they will fix it right away!! Just hope the managers will treat the staff nicely. We heard one manager questioned the staff while we can hear and see them. I mean everything is good. Nobody cares or bothered but the manager question the staff at the lobby. If she was doing her job, she could have ask them privately or pull the staff aside. Anyway. Just like my wife said “ Familiar but Professional Service”. They even prepare a surprise cake for us because it’s our 10th monthsary."

"This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. It was super nice when I first stayed here about 25 years ago and is still in good shape and very appealing. Everyone has been very nice, except one woman behind the front desk refused to address my concern about getting my outside coffee warmed up in the microwave. She told me I had to go through room service. After I explained to her about common sense and efficiency, with the break room about twenty feet from the front desk, she eventually acquiesced. That is the big negative about my entire two week stay, so you can see nearly everything was great. Many dozens of restaurants close by with many options. I even tried Jollibee's with great satisfaction and used GRAB for the first time. Excellent hotel with nice spa and pool and on premises restaurants, a Buffett and Chinese restaurant and a bar food restaurant. The mattress was a little hard for my liking, but I would stay here again without hesitation."

From check-in to check-out, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The food was outstanding, with delicious options that our entire family enjoyed. The accommodations were equally impressive. We stayed in a villa with a private pool, which offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and privacy. It was a relaxing and beautiful space where we created lasting family memories. What impressed us most was the attention to detail and the consistent level of service across the resort. Whether arranging transportation, assisting with activities, or simply checking on our needs, the staff always went above and beyond. Two Seasons Coron delivered an exceptional experience for our family, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for world-class hospitality, excellent dining, and a truly unforgettable island getaway. We can’t wait to return."
