"The friendly people at the check-inn counter are, as always friendly. They are a bit the business card of the Solitaire Hotel. The luggage department is great. They were so friendly to watch my luggage for 2 days. Thank you. The room is good. The bed is good. The linnen sometimes need a refurbishment ut okay for me. Th curtains are good but outdated. The shower as well a bit outdated. But good for me."

"Only thing was the AC wasn’t strong enough"

"Trivelig uke på hotellet. Stedet ligger midt i «sentrum»- dersom du vil ha partystemning. Rommet mitt var stort og pent, med lyst interiør som bildene viste. Fin resepsjon med en trivelig concierge. Restauranten oppe ble ikke favoritten, da menyen ikke appellerte helt til meg. Jeg hadde fin utsikt fra rommet, men hadde litt problemer med jevn søvn da det er fest hele tiden. "This hotel was PERFECT! neutral location and very clean. will be coming back definitely!"

"Nice for the kids and one of the happiest place for them"

"空港や中心部へのアクセス、朝食、2か所のプールにジム、部屋どれをとっても最高でした。2泊しましたが個人的にマイナスな点はありませんでした。 また泊まりに行きたいホテルです。"

"Excellent place with convenient location. The only drawback is the location to have breakfast we have to walk to the restaurant on other wing. It is appreciated if we can have it on the same site"

"Staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great as was the Cantonese restaurant. Beds and rooms very comfortable! Great place to stay."

"Our 11-night stay at the new RIU Palace Phuket fell short of expectations. No assistance was offered for airport transfers, so we arranged both ourselves. At check-in, no one explained RIU membership or Elite benefits. There was no on-site ATM or currency exchange; accessing cash required a taxi off-property. The store would not change larger baht notes, making daily tipping difficult. Housekeeping cleaned our room only two or three times. Visits were inconsistent and often came when we...

"Overall our stay was excellent. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. We shall be coming back to Bangkok and plan to stay at Skyview hotel again."
