Lied to by the receptionist about being able to cancle my last day, told me me everything was good to go and after I check out receive an email saying they denied my request and still charged me for the full cost. Honesty is somthing very hard for people.i guess.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It was our first time staying here, but we will be staying here in the future. The Manager and staff were great and made it so easy when we extended our stay. Don't hesitate to stay here. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with ample parking. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We requested a handicapped room since I was traveling with my 80 year old dad. They confirmed on multiple occasions the room was handicapped accessible. The only thing it had was handrails by toilet. The bath was not accessible therefor for 4 days he couldn’t use it. Pool was also on bad condition. Went in one night about 5pm and low on towels, the towels they had were trashed. Broken windows and towels probably from Night before clogging up the pool on the bottom. Shout out to the breakfast chef though he was AMAZING!

Las instalaciones paracen un poco viejas y descuidadas, pienso que la limpieza podría ser mejor, el desayuno con muy buenas opciones y calidad de producto, en términos generales aceptable para una noche de paso

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. While the room itself was comfortable, we did have some issues with the bathroom. We were assigned an accessible room without requesting one, and the shower leaked significantly across the floor. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash dispensers were non-functional. It was a bit disappointing as everything else about the stay was great.

The room was outdated. The ac control panel was old and loose from the wall. The fact that in order for the shower to come on the spout had to be pulled down that was unsanitary. The staff was ok. The towels were thin and had a brown stain on them

Parking felt safe but larger trucks need to not park in spaces that are made for cars to park. The extending mirrors on work trucks make it impossible to get around with spaces so tight.

Ms. H had outstanding customer service at check in. The property was nice and smelled good, rooms were clean and I liked that the rooms had Dove hygiene products. The hot tub was big and the water was perfect. It could use a little TLC. There was a small crack.on the floor.of the pool and the door did not work with the.card reader, the clerk had to climb through the window in the gym to open it.

I don’t leave reviews. However, this was a disappointing and disgusting hotel. Our room had stained/dirty carpets. The toilet had not been cleaned. The staff hides behind the wall in the entry way and we did not see a cleaning person anywhere the entire time we were at the hotel. This hotel takes advantage of the limited options in the area and overcharges for a very subpar experience. We were visiting family in the local area and wanted to be close by… next time we will drive further for a better option.

Good experience overall. Only comment is that the bathroom need some repairs (broken and loose tiles, stains on the walls, old shower curtain). Other than that we have a good experience… comfort was 100%.
