"From booking the holiday with Keswick Cottages to leaving, everything was so easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The app is a great idea and a really useful thing to have. The info on the fire, cooker and bin collections wasn't correct for the property so needs a little review but this in no way spoiled anything. The property was lovely and comfortable, home from home. Ideally situated to walk to the pub for tea and to get around. The view of the mountains from the living room, bedroom...

"Spacious property, within walking distance of town. Did report that bins were overflowing outside with black bags piled high both on the floor and on top of the bins on two occasions (appeared bins had not been cleared for weeks). Some areas of 5he property were a little dusty otherwise clean. The kitchen is rather small for a property of its size making it a bit difficult to have more than one person using it at a time, and bath a bit tight to get in/out of. Beds comfy."

"Disgusting....key was not in box, smell of urine on entering property, dirty carpet in bedroom, marks on duvet cover, no cultery, no oven, expected to do housekeeping by collecting hoover and strip beds. Overall not happy and wouldn't recommend"
