The location was excellent. The area was very quiet. Nearby, just a few minutes walk, there were grocery stores, bars, restaurants. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this Santa Monica apartment! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely perfect. Close to everything you could need, from shops and restaurants to the beach and local attractions. It made getting around so easy and convenient. The apartment had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica!

We stayed here at the end of a 3-week trip through 6 states. It was by far the most disappointing place on 3 accounts: 1. The description and photos are misleading. There was no patio, despite booking a “Patio Apartment”. Our apartment wasn’t fully refurbished. Eg, our bathroom tiles were old and pink (not new and grey), the grouting was stained, the soap tray chipped and the bath itself scratched. The kitchen had old wooden units with doors / drawers that were hard to open and close. 2. The rental had been done with maximum haste and minimum thought. Eg, the dining seats had no support in the pads and were too low for the table; the towels were completely mis-matched; there was an iron but no board; there was no linen for the second bed ; the dinner plates were too big for the microwave; key kitchen equipment was missing; and that provided was poor quality; the drapes were too thin to give any black-out or protection from the sun; there were no instructions on how to operate anything; access instructions were sent out too late , which caused us problems; we were expected to use non-UK-standard platforms to pay the additional cleaning fee, which was also an issue, and the fee demanded was much higher than on the booking confirmation. 3. Maintenance was poor: things were broken or not working (the most crucial of which was the oven); the cleaning, while largely OK, had missed some key items. Provisions were miserly and did not include the basics usually provided elsewhere.
