Drawers and under the bed were filthy, There are lots of Crazy people walking around the Area, but it's Hollywood. 💁‍♂️. There weren't really any amenities per say, and you had to pay for ice, but it's right across the street from some decent restaurants and stores.

We are travel around the world and hated to raise the below average stars to any particular hotels, sorry. We did not expect much with this low budget “Motel”. This morning we faced a very rude staff when asking to leave luggages for few hours after check-out, until 3pm. He got upset as he wanted to have his extended lunch until evening and no staff in this place. After discussion, he demanded to pay him $5 per bag as he explained in America every hotel charges for baggage (not true). Similar situation, same time, a young couple told us not to say somethings we may be getting troubles. Very nervous, I said I may put this experience in the Google and Expedia for others to learn. The staff told me just go ahead for the reviews who cares! Very determine to post this story here. Hopefully to help other guests.

Room was gross. I would imagine they are all gross. The bedding and towels seemed clean, but everything else was at best, minimally "clean". But far from actually clean. My favorite issue was the shower. The nozzle at the wall connection was so bad that a leak, in the form of a stream of water shot up onto the ceiling, and up and over the curtain. I was laughing as I tried to unsuccessfully fix it. When I got out, the toilet was covered in water, as well as the floor and the ceiling was dripping. The two other people in the room refused to get into the dirty looking shower. The place has potential. They just need to care and remodel. The AC worked pretty good. The location was okay. Parking is not likely to be available. There is a sketchy lot two blocks down, $30 a night. Worked for us..

古きアメリカのトラディショナルなモーテル。車で入口に入る際に車の高さを含め、かなり狭いので大型SUVの場合は注意必要。宿泊した日だけの問題なのか不明だが、宿泊客のなかには、朝方まで部屋の外のオープンな廊下に椅子を出して、奇声をあげている女性もいたので、海外に慣れていない方には、厳しい施設かもしれません。

The property is old an not maintained, my wife went to the toilet at 3am in the morning and the flush didn't work and flooded the room and drenched our clothes, the staff blamed it on us and didn't help in getting water out or offered another room or a toilet to use. We spoke with the manager in the morning who showed no empathy and we had to go out to find a toilet before leaving. I showed him the video of the toilet not working and I had to manually stop the water by lifting the cistern but he just blamed it on us. We paid good money for a place near the strip but it was a long walk to get there and there were some suspicious and frightening people we came across on the walk back to the Hotel. I got the impression from the staff that there policy is to do nothing to help anyone who has paid for the accommodation and that they will not take the blame for any deficiency in there Hotel as they will not under any circumstance give any compensation or refunds even though the problem is caused by there old and undermaintained products. We decided after this experience to spend our next two nights out of town and go into los angeles to see the sites, the accommodation was cheaper and was very clean and it only took us an extra 15 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. I never write bad reviews but thought that I should in this case to save other people from suffering the very poor customer service that we received from this Hotel

Got to hotel at 1:45am after long flight. Nobody answered at front desk. After calls and contacting Expedia, saw there was a man sleeping on couch in lobby. Banged on glass until he woke up to give me my hotel card to get in. Thank goodness!

Very disengaged staff. Checking into the hotel was like getting into Fort Knox. No courtesy or warmth from the staff. The check-in process took about 10 minutes. I've been to hotels all over the world, this was one of the worst experiences. Could be a cultural thing, but a simple "good evening," or "how's your day going?" Would've been nice. No eye contact. The second night at the motel, someone was obviously having a mental episode and dragged furniture until about 4:30 in the morning. I didn't bother going to the reception because of how disengage they were.
