Very big spacious junior room, the hotel lobby was amazing especially snacks and drinks were available once we checked in, amazing breakfast option plus sausages, fried egg, sliced ham, cheese, olives, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt cereals and gluten free corn flakes which was a bonus for me and juices were all available.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with breakfast included. Check in was slow as there was only one member of staff in the level check in area at 1500 hours which is the advertised check in time. The room was large and as expected but was a little worn and we had no iron or ironing board which delayed us getting ready as had to wait for one being sent to the room. There is very little noise proofing and can hear every noise in the corridor and neighbouring rooms. We heard a very loud water pipe when the neighbouring room had a shower and this was directly behind the headboard of the bed. One socket also stopped working during our stay restricting where we could plug devices in. The lighting also appeared to have a fault as a random light would decided to rapidly flash. The Level lounge was great for breakfast but could benefit from allergy labelling on the buffet items. Overall would return again at the price we paid but would be difficult to justify at the Ā£300+ per night region,

We had a lovely stay at The Level at MeliĆ” White House. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the facilities are excellent, and what truly stood out was the outstanding customer service from the team. A very special thank you to Victoria, Lubna, Ramon and specially Silvia, who were all absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, professionalism, warmth and genuine care made such a positive difference to our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel looked after, and their thoughtful attention and excellent service were truly appreciated. Thank you again for your hospitality. We really appreciated everything and would happily return.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is located a 1minute walk to Great Portland Street Station so transport access around London is easy. Good walking distance to Hyde Park and other local landmarks. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again.

Gym was small & very busy. No seperate gym for The Level, just utilising the same as the rest of the hotel. Getting a workout in the morning was impossible. Breakfast is great & has a good selection of foods. Service overall was fine. Unfortunately they have added a ā€˜discretionary service chargeā€™ to this hotel nowā€¦ upon checking out I was informed of the Ā£10.50 charge for a 2 night stay, with no explanation as to what it was for. Assistant was happy enough to remove the bill, but this left a sour taste.

Great location and easy access to theatres, parks, Royal Academy of music and general shopping . Everywhere is accessible and easy to get to . Well connected with tube lines, although Tottenham Court Road is very easy to walk to. Iā€™ve been here a few times and continue to come back - The Level is worth paying the extra for the breakfast / all day refreshments and Tapas/ drinks . Truly lovely .

The bed was so comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. The water pressure and temperature of the shower was perfect. The room had plenty of space. My only two complaints were that there was dark hair in the sink. I am blonde, so it definitely was not mine. One of the sockets next to the bed didn't work either, but there were plenty of other outlets around the room.
