The location was really good and we liked our stay. The rooms were neat and just big enough for the 3 of us. The hotel doesn't have any parking of its own.
Nothing fancy about tholis property but service is great, esp David, so friendly and inviting. Definitely clean and updated. Close to Waterloo Station and Southwark, bakeries and some restaurants, including a Latin Vibe strip around the corner.
We had a wonderful stay in London. The hotel was comfortable and very well located, but what really stood out to us was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.
From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after, and whenever we needed assistance, the team was happy to help. That kind of service makes such a difference when you’re travelling and made our time in London even more enjoyable.
A big thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to London!
The family room was a perfect size for myself with my 3 children. The AC was absolutely necessary and blissful. The breakfast was great and the location was fantastic.
Excellent location near good local pubs and Tube Station. Breakfast included a good variety of hot and fresh foods.

Came from canada, beds and pillows were top notch. Nice and quiet. Loved that the kids had their own single bed each. Paid for the breakfast and it was well worth it. Would recommend, it was close to the tube, Westminster bridge was a nice walk.
Could upkeep wall scuffs but it was clean, quiet and great price
Everything was great! The breakfast add-on was totally worth it, the buffet is a great way to start the day. Lots of food options and very well cooked with lots of flavor.
The family room for 4 was a little small, but we weren't in it very much other than sleeping. The beds were comfortable, the place is clean, it's quiet, and walkable to just about anything you'd want to see. Highly recommend!
It was very clean, staffs very helpful and it was close to everywhere and tube station just a walking distance but if there is no sign of the hotel it will be a little bit confusing, waterloo station is very nearby and could be reached by walking and there are plenty of restaurant and we could walk to london eye and under the bridge which an iconic famous graffiti
Friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety. We travelled with 2 kids and thought the rooms were small (no drawers to place items), no toiletries included. Great location in the city, only 2 mins walk from Southwark Underground station, 15 mins walk from the London eye which was central to most attractions, and 1 min walk from convenience store and restaurants.
We opted for an early check in, which ended up costing us an extra 15, which i wasnt to happy about. Never had to pay extra for early check in on a room that was already available. Then we were put into this basement which the hallway smelled like urine which was a bit of a turn off. The room was fine, didnt smell. Dont really like the idea of being in a basement of a building packed with people. Was very quiet though. Restaurant had amazing food but the bathroom was in the basement and smelled so bad of urine that I couldnt stand to be in there. The basement was attached to the hotel on the other side and I think thats why our hotel hallway smelled of urine as well. Truly it was unbearable in the bathroom.
