The wifi wasn’t working for most of our stay. The lovey man at the reception did his best but it continued to be spotty. The bathrooms were clean other than the silicone in the shower was pretty moldy.

The hotel is in a really good location near a tube station. The place was safe and alright overall. The room was good but some areas in the room could have done with a better clean. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and kind.

We were just there as an overnight stay. When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all. We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others.

The building was pretty and in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding and towels were clean and of decent quality. Room and en-suite was a lot smaller than expected, difficult to use the toilet. Issues with mould around the shower.

Attended the property and didn’t feel safe. Tried calling the numbers provided and had no answer. Didn’t receive a call back until 8pm, 5hrs since calling. Had to find other accommodation. The staff didn’t want to know about the situation and refused refund.
