"The hotel was extremely cold, but the temperature control in the rooms was excellent. If you have a meeting in this hotel, even in the summer, bring a sweater or jacket. The staff were great. There was one morning when there was no hot water, and that made for a very cold shower. But it was fixed by the next day. Each room has a mini-fridge, but not a microwave. However there is a microwave by the front desk you can use. The gym has some nice equipment, but it is really dusty and could use a good cleaning. The stability balls are all flat and need to be replaced and the floor mats are falling apart. Otherwise, the gym is well equipped. "

"Nice spot right in downtown Denver. Everything was great except elevator was giving people problems. Staff seemed aware of it but largely unconcerned about it. Other than that great stay!"

Being right at Union Station provided convenience for our guest to access the train to the airport. The staff was friendly and responsive to all our questions. "Overall, I feel like the rooms could be more comfortable. The bathrooms are weird (tp falls off the holder every time you use it, shower is slippery with a weird drain right in the middle where you stand, lighting is unflattering, no fan), rooms are small, etc. Even though it was March Madness, CBS did not work in the rooms. In addition, after the first night, the tv would only show one channel. It never got fixed over our four day stay. "

"We really enjoyed the Junior Suite for our recent staycation. The staff were nice and accommodating. The towels were some of the most luxurious towels I’ve ever experienced. And, the evening whiskey tastings were very nice amenity. We’ll definitely choose to stay here again."
