"The hotel was very clean, staff is very friendly. Food is for the most part very tasty. Except for one restaurant which is the steak house, food was bad. Other than that, it’s a great, family friendly place. Would stay here again."

"Octavio was very helpful and took care of us. The room was not clean. The floors of the bathroom were dirty as were the walls near the toilet. The jacuzzi tub is too high for climbing in and out unless you are over 5' 8" tall. There needs to be steps allowing for safe entry. I banged my leg the first time trying to get into the tub (while using a children's plastic step) and received a huge bruise when I slipped. My husband had to help me in and out of the tub from then on. I am 5'4" btw. This resort catered to families with small children. We tried to play Pickleball and the nets were missing. That was one of the main reasons we picked this resort. There are not enough restaurant choices. The Asian and Italian restaurants were good. No pickleball or tennis activities. Too much catering to "members". Felt like I was at a country club that didn't want me there."
