Great hotel! Located not in the historic center but Uber is very affordable. Rooms are large and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice. We were able to check in super early in the morning after arriving from the USA. Really appreciate being able to rest after long flight. There is a great breakfast place just across the street called Soul and Sip.

Had a great stay. We had four adults in a room, and were very comfortable. The room was very clean. AC worked great. Staff were very friendly. Location was ideal in the heart of Lisbon and close to the Metro. Supermarkets and restaurants were close to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Huge room with separate bedroom. Perfect for families with kids because privacy for parents! And also occupancy laws in Portugal restrict how many people can be in a room, so you have to be careful when booking a room that it actually allows the amount of people you have, as some hotels don't allow more than 2. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is great. The outdoor rooftop pool is small and cold but better than nothing. My only complaint is gym is terrible. Only a few small free weights, a treadmill, a bike, and a broken multi-machine. But if you are in Lisbon to relax and eat pastel de nata and don't mind skipping leg day, then who cares! :D

The suite for a family of four was excellent. They had the sofa beds all set up and ready for our late night arrival. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The space is clean and lovely.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. The staff is polite and helpful. Although the location of the hotel is not in the Lisbon city centre, you can still easily get around by bus or metro. I would recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay before early flight back to UK. Clean, modern hotel. Room was large, nicely decor and had good amenities. Nice bar/lobby space. Staff were helpful. Only slight oddity was needing to provide a €20 deposit per pool towel - in cash. I didn’t have any cash, but staff were helpful and we did get towels. The roof top pool are was a little underwhelming - a little bit of ‘set dressing’ could turn it into a real oasis.

I stayed here for a couple of nights as I had to be in Lisbon for a legal appointment and it was an absolutely amazing hotel with huge rooms, cold air conditioning, and welcoming, and attentive staff. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay a bit outside of the hustle and bustle closer to the water.
