Everything was good except for the breakfast, which did not taste very well to me—but of course, this is subjective. For me, the cappuccino was much too sweet, the scrambled eggs tasted watery, and the bacon wasn't real bacon but more like sausage. Hohe Erwartungen, I enjoyed the stay.

Conveniently placed for train & underground stations to explore central Lisbon. Our room was clean & comfortable. It is on the flight path in to airport but the frequent planes did not disturb us at all. The majority of the staff were friendly & helpful. Although I do speak rudimentary Portuguese, there were some issues with meal or drink requests & a complete lack of 500ml glasses for draught Super Bock. Breakfast was pleasant but busy & repetitive. After a long day, we made the mistake of booking a table for dinner on a Wednesday & did not fancy the buffet, despite being informed that we could choose from the menu, disappointingly, that is not actually the case.

The room was spacious and spotless. Air conditioning can be noisy if you’re going to have it on at night but the nights were very cool so I rarely used it! They provided slippers in the room which was nice. In addition, the hotel is close to the airport, metro station and several cafés & restaurants. The only downside in my opinion is that the main entrance is tucked away and you need to cross a parking lot to find it.

Second time at this hotel. Didn’t have a chance to review last year. So from last year, the outdoor pool was open til oct 31 which is the longest of any pool in Lisbon. It wss terrific. This year since it's December, I will highlight the staff who are super helpful and location. Close to tge aurport, big shopping center is 5 min walling distace, so is metro, there is a direct bus to belem tower monday to friday, it's just perfect.
