"We absolutely loved staying here as it had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy living room with a sofa each and a private enclosed garden perfect for our dog. Great area as it was a short walk to the beach so we left the car behind some days. I would recommend the walk to Sutton on Sea and a stop at the Ice Rock cafe - amazing food..We had brilliant weather but if it is awful the book, toy, game library room is a really lovely touch."

"Perfect house for a family get-together for 10 of us (6 adults and 4 children). Great location being close to Skegness and local shops and takeaways in Wainfleet within walking distance (don't get caught out, as they don't take card payments - cash only!). Plenty of room in the house for us all, it was cosy and warm, and bedrooms were a good size. Hot tub was perfect, and very well-received."

"We had a fantastic stay at Holme Farm, we would highly recommend it to anyone and will be returning. Had a great day out in Lincoln. The local villages are beautiful Louth is great for shops and Tetney is 10mins which has a fantastic Chinese takeaway. Holme Farm is well equipped, spacious and has so many little extras which makes it home from home."
