"The place was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the linens all top notch. This was a great place to stay and we’ll stay again sometime without a second thoughtIt is close to downtown Stamford and the neighborhood is great for walking"

"Good accommodation that suited our requirements and excellent value for money. Perfect host and hostess. Central for looking at the wider geographical area in Lincolnshire."

"Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you."

"This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again."

"Beautiful, clean very quiet location but quick to get to Lincoln and local attractions.Host was very friendly and on hand if needed ."

"Very nice property with comfortable beds. The only slight issue is the lack of parking but there is street parking 100 yds away"

"This is a beautiful place with stunning views, great hosts, bonus of a great outdoor pool, everything you need in one place. This is our second visit and will definitely come back again!"

"What can I say we absolutely loved the cottage, the garden, the view and the location. We had everything we needed and had a very relaxing stay. The coast was only 15 minutes drive away and the coop was less than 2 miles"
