We got this room for a very good rate. If we had not, I would have rated everything one star. The waterslides were closed. There were no amenities. No coffee or fridge or microwave. Check-in was at a kiosk and it took forever. We chose this for the kids and unless we wanted to pay $45 or more for them to ride some rides it was not worthwhile.

The staff was helpful when their help was needed. Parking was great, convenient and never overcrowded. The room is dated. The exterior curtain was old and needed cleaning and changing. There was no microwave or refrigerator. There was no airflow in the bathroom. The shower curtain needs changing. The shower head needs to be cleaned or changed. The air conditioner was extremely loud that I couldn't hear the TV unless I turned it up to 20. The bed was comfortable.

Overall the property was decent. Room was a little outdated. However, it was cleaned, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big! The elevators were hard to get at certain times! We were trying to go to the pool but after 20 minutes waiting for the elevator we just went back to our room! Another downer was housekeeping never came to our room to switch towels or empty overflowing trash cans!

They are currently doing construction/updates on their elevators for the sky tower and only a few of them were working. There was no staff controlling the elevators and dictating who should go where. I think this was the most frustrating part of it outside of not being placed in the set of rooms I booked with little to no explanation from front desk staff when I asked why I wasn't in the area of the hotel I booked. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel unless you are staying with kids. They did have alot of activities for the kids. Also signage for the sky tower parking garage was not as clear and easy to see as it was for the other parking garage.

Love the convenient location, cheap food and free parking. Rooms were very clean, staff were helpful without being intrusive. Amenities were killer- pool area is spacious, Adventuredome is fun, and where else can you party all night with Eugene Krabs himself? Very safe. Note: Clown imagery is present but there aren't a bunch of them running around like some people fear. Only live clowns I saw were actually just average Vegas drunks ;) 9/10 bc the pool needs longer hours.

The hotel was a really great value. Room was quiet, stayed cool (during the heatwave), and I slept well. Maybe a bit dated, but was well maintained and not worth complaining about. A very short walk to the convention center. The local food options were meh.
