"Very disappointed that in spite of two sets of confirmation of understanding of our arrival at the airport the hotel failed to provide a transfer, and claimed no record of our request. The bedroom aircon was ineffective, and although a technician improved slightly , it remained sub standard. In reporting these problems to reception the response on both issues was cavalier. It’s a shame because the hotel is generally an excellent facility."

"Nice quiet location in Sth Karen. Perfect unwind after 6 weeks of game drives. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was good. There's some really good cafe's and restaurants within a couple of Km's. Sikina's BBQ and Matte Bronze especially were fantastic."

"From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had the best treatment ever as I was welcomed with cheerful smile and great hospitality. A lady called Sharon who welcomed me went out of her way to make me feel at home and made me settle in well. The room was a great standard and kitted out with all modern cons. I will definitely book here again. The close proximity to the mall makes it more ideal. "

"Pool and garden area lovely to use and very clean. Some refurbishment work was being done but did not really cause an impact. Staff ver friendly and helpful. Food offerings very good and prices reasonable for a hotel. Easy to arrange transport back to the airport."

"Right from the beginning the staff was very welcoming. Hussein quickly took us up to our room after a long day of traveling and explained everything well inside of our room which had an outstanding view of the park. Peter, who isn’t even a direct employee of the resort, who is part of the security team that keeps everyone safe, always checked on us and gave us a friendly greeting when he seen us. He even helped when excursions were late and helped to translate to get the issues with the vendors that we hired. The restaurants and bars were very nice and the food was great. A couple nights we could hear the music from the Sky Lounge when going to bed but it wasn't a deal breaker. "
