The hotel is beautiful. The rooms have a very relaxing vibe from the moment you walk in. There was onsen experience included with the stay, which was also very relaxing. A lot of toiletries available for use. The staff was also helpful to transport our luggage to Osaka.

Great location. Staff was helpful and most spoke pretty good English. Onsen was nice surprise and great to soak after all the walking. Rooms are tiny but aside from this, everything else was great.

A very modern hotel. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay, and the hotel facilities are excellent. Also, thank you so much for the anniversary gift! The only downside for us was that we started to feel itchy whenever we got into bed.
