The hotel is ideally located on Kawaramachi-dori, making it ideal for shopping and transportation. It is also surprisingly close to Yasaka shrine. With its location, you get the best of all worlds. The staff were also helpful and the atmosphere was calming and unique. This will be one of my go-to hotels in Kyoto and I cannot recommend it highly enough!
The shower was amazing, best one we’ve ever used! Super clean and great amenities. The room is small, but the staff and everything else makes it so worth staying
Great location and nice facility. The only caveat is to watch the room size, we booked a small king room at around 16 square meters. With two of us and carry on luggage it was just too small however we were able to upgrade to a large room with two twin beds for a nominal charge.
Excellent location and staff
I was expecting more from the breakfast though.
Welcome drinks are a bonus!
Air conditioning not cooling much from my room.
Overall, it was good!
Very clean hotel, English speaking front desk staff, and a free drink for every night you stay is great and with the ability to walk to and from most tourist attractions or even to the subway makes it one of the best spots in the city
