Been to Krakow on multiple occasions and this was my first time staying at Atrium and it didn't disappoint. Met Agnes as soon we entered the premises and she is not to be forgotten. Agnes is an absolute pleasure to deal with and helpful with everything. Hotel location is perfect to explore the local markets, only 5 minute walk from the main square. All staff we encountered were lovely and the rooms were top class, clean and modern. Would highly recommend.
