Loved everything about our stay. Complementary breakfast was great. Pool and slide were great. Children had a really fun time. Towels for the pool area should have been checked, ran out a few times, and had to go out and request more towels at the front desk. But besides that, everything else was amazing. Our room was clean. I fully suggest this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be returning with my family.

The front desk staff were great. The linens were dirty. We used the sheet set in the room for the pull out couch and the blanket had actual food smeared on it. They brought us new blanket which was fine if that was the only thing, but there was also a dirty face towel in the bathroom and old blood stains on the bedsheets. The breakfast spread was good for continental but it was so busy, there was no where to sit, the coffee had run out and the garbage was overflowing.

We were sad that the waterside is only open on weekends. Our boys were looking forward to it. We loved the late 12 o’clock checkout but the end of breakfast at 9 am on weekdays including Canada Day Holliday made it rushed with small children and a late check in the night before.

The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition as was the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel. Our major issue was, we, as a couple, had a room with an adjoining door to the next room, occupied by parents and two children, unknown to us. Needless to say it was very loud as that one adjoining door is paper thin. We could literally understand some of the spoken words which is totally unacceptable when you are away for a night of R&R. In my opinion, two rooms with an adjoining door should not be occupied by parties unknown to each other.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was great. I wasn’t overly impressed with the room we received as it was very smelly when we arrived and the mini fridge runs very loud. Minor details but still makes an impact. The hotel is easy to get to however there is not a lot around the hotel for entertainment or dining but not an issue if you have a vehicle.
