I felt for a Holiday Inn, we found the property to be well maintained and clean. The buffet breakfast was extensive with many offerings. The location was perfect and our room had a great view if the water. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my first time in Kingston to visit my family and I am so happy that I picked this hotel the staff was amazing everything was so clean and the location was absolutely perfect. My only downfall was the restaurant was a little expensive however it was within walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants so it really wasn't an issue because I wanted to try things in the town. I will definitely be staying again

We last stayed here during Covid and had such an awful experience that we left part way through our booking and vowed never to stay here again…roll on now and WOW, what a difference! The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are amazingly helpful, checking in was a breeze & the hotel bar is a lovely spot to have a few drinks and the desserts are delicious! The room was very clean and spacious - we will be staying here when we are next back in Kingston!
