"The cottage is very quaint and neat!! The welcome guide left by the owners was very detailed and gave us information on local shops/eats/things to see and do. The kitchen was very functional, and the living room/dining was perfect! Beds were very comfortable and spacious, as was the bathroom! The surrounding village was lovely and the pub was a 10second walk down the road! We really enjoyed our stay! "

"We’ve had a lovely week at Leedale cottage. We have two young children so the location was perfect for us. A 30-40 minute drive to lots of child friendly places. Food shops are a short drive away but you can stop off and get what you need on your travels if you plan ahead. The cottage was perfect for what we needed and Joanne was really helpful and welcoming. It’s well equipped and comfortable."

We were surprised to find that the house is on 4 floors, one bedroom in the basement; kitchen, front room and toilet on the ground floor; shower, bath, toilet and living room on the second floor; two bedrooms (double and two singles) on the top floor. "Beautiful cottage, absolutely huge with a large garden too. Very comfortable for 8 friends, especially with the 4 bathrooms and a single toilet downstairs. We loved having the full dining table that we could all fit around both inside and outside. All of the cottage was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could want really.
