Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Such lack of amenities like tissues, proper shampoo and conditioner. No biscuits for tea and coffee, no chance of parking availability. The whole hotel looks like it needs a complete refresh and there is a huge garbage skip at the front of the hotel. Very poor.
