Spent 4 nights for retreat and the hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The room was clean and well maintained, high quality amenities and decent housekeeping. Staff were cheerful and helpful, front desk service was smooth. Wide variety of food in breakfast, local fruits and dishes were must try, and soymilk was a hidden gem. Overall it was a relaxing stay and made my Kaohsiung trip a wonderful experience.

the location is convenient, close to subway and shopping areas. A bottle of soft drink was left on the 7th floor hallway table for over two days and the cleaning team did not take it away. It is very unusual for a 5 stars hotel to see waste items left in the hallway noticed. What I do not like to that when we tried to charged our drink to the room before we left the bar, we were told to pay deposit for drinks before we could charge it to the room. I have never heard about making food deposit to be able to charge to the room. Again, this is very unusual for a 5 star hotel.

First impression was the warm welcome from their staff. Special mention to Jebica who looked after our check-in process courteously. The hotel decor is simple & quaint. This applies to the room we stayed in as well. Bathroom was beautiful and good size.
