The cabins were very nice and comfortable. The staff took care of our requests. The only thing was not satisfactory was the WIFI. Was only around the office and not available for the cabins.
The room was very clean and had a cozy cabin feel to it. I appreciated that they had a Keurig and kettle, as well as some plates and cutlery. Checking in and out was a breeze. Despite what I had read online, I was also pleased to find out there is cell reception.
First time in the cabin and it was surprisingly pleasant. Stayed 2 days but I could stay there longer. On our last day, we saw aurora.
My daughter loved Pablo - the friendliest cat you'll meet.
When in Jasper, you should stay here.
Also in our drive from the town to the cabin, you'll likely see wildlife.
We saw Elk, mountain goats and a juvenile black bear.
We're glad we tried out Jasper Gates, no regrets at all.
Everything was perfect, very clean, kitchen well equipped, we love it and for sure we will come back one day.. :)
Whole camping area is perfect for family and kids.
Our cabin was cozy and rustic, one bedroom with a bed and t.v. Bathroom was clean and modern, plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to use the gas fireplace. Written instructions would have been helpful. We stayed for 1 night only which was fine, but I don't think I'd want to stay for a whole week. The cabin was too basic but I think there are nicer cabins available.
There was plenty of free parking on site. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and contained everything we needed. All round great place!
Love at first sight!!!! We love the place and we love the cabin they gave us. Everything is provided, we just have to bring our own food. We just have to relax and enjoy the place. We'll definitely be back next time.

The location of this motel -- and the associated campground -- was very convenient to Jasper National Park.
The biggest drawback for me was the futon; it wasn't comfortable at all, and sleeping on it was difficult. My traveling companions said the actual bed/mattress they had wasn't too comfortable, either, but we managed as it was for only one night.
The room's lighting was very dim.
The highlight for me was walking through the campground at dusk; brought back memories of camping trips with my late husband.
The cabin was clean and had everything we needed with a comfortable bed and towels, and a kitchen area and table. Everything was good and the staff was also good.. We also could watch the soccer World Cup games.
Beautiful property. I was late to check in but they kept the key in an envelope with a road map to the cabin. That was really thoughtful. The cabin was clean and cosy
Overall, it's a good place to stay, located right near the entrance to Jasper National Park. The staff is friendly, and the room was very clean. There were four of us traveling. Unfortunately, the room was relatively small. The sink was in the sleeping area (and not in the bathroom), which bothered us a bit.
The property is showing its age a bit. Moreover, the Wifi connection needs to be significantly improved.
The cabins were older, but still clean. The mattress was uncomfortable but everything else was nice. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to the national park and a 15 minute drive to Hinton for groceries/restaurants. 40 minute drive to the town of Jasper.
A nice room decorated in Canadian Mtn style. Kitchen was very helpful. Loved the deck with chairs! Parking in front of the unit made it easier.
No WiFi in the rooms!
