The property is beautiful! The staff was so helpful when we had a small problem, it was handled within minutes. It's a great place to stay. Breakfast is great. Coffee all day was a plus since it was so cold the weekend we were there. The free cookies and beverages when we first arrived we're an unexpected pleasure.

The spirit of collaboration among the staff was GREAT. Workers seemed actually HAPPY to be at work doing their task, whatever it was. The pool was beautiful and clean. The room was clean. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. Probably the best stay I have ever had in a hotel!!!

When we arrived, the desk clerk, who was very kind and engaging, gave us a list of restaurants that might interest us and she had several beverage and snacks that we could enjoy - that's a very good way to get return customers. Our stay was very pleasant, as well.

The staff warm, welcoming and friendly. While it is older, the staff keeps everything extremely clean. The lighting both in the rooms and the common areas were very dark. Tv was difficult to navigate.

The indoor pool area and the pool itself was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good. There chocolate cookies awaiting at the desk upon check-in....nice touch. Room and premises were clean.

Bathroom tub/shower needs updating. Had a hard time getting the shower to work. Everything was clean. Breakfast was really good but could of used some meat like ham, sausage or bacon.

We were not offered a welcome cookie with our name on the board even though Hilton honors guests were listed both days. There were signs regarding a "warm welcome" cookie. A couple times I had questions there was no staff at front desk. Breakfast the second morning was moved to another location and price lowered. We did not know until after we had gone out for breakfast. Dinner in the hotel restaurant on arrival evening was very good and large portions. The location was within walking distance of several attractions.

Very clean, everywhere even the parking lot! We had such a lovely woman check us in that was so helpful and even attentive to my daughter, gave her some fruit snacks - sounds small but those things really make such a difference in the atmosphere and positive of a time it was. The breakfast was amazing. All around I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to stay in Jamestown. We will be back if the future!

The staff was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice except for the carpet. It looked dirty, had spots and needed to be cleaned or replaced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this location.

Our room was showing its age; most of the furniture was in disrepair and in need of replacement. The laminate was broken and exposed the substrates. Not a good look, we stay at Hampton's as our default lodging, but this was disappointing. The staff was always very good during our stays.
