I can’t fault the hotel at all. The staff are all so genuinely lovely and make you feel extremely comfortable to be staying there. Breakfast is perfect, great options and tastes delicious. The room was really clean and the location of the hotel is very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff, I truly hope their employer looks after them.

Das Hotel ist super gewesen. Was wir aber bemängeln ist, dass an dem Wochenende, wo wir dort waren, es 2 Hochzeiten gab und der Rooftop Pool mittags schon wieder geschlossen wurde. Das war aber der Hauptgrund, wieso wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Gab nur die Alternative im Spa in den Pool zu gehen und dort muss man sich eine Kopfhaube kaufen um ins Wasser gehen zu können. Andere Alternative wurde nicht geboten. Wäre wenigstens gut gewesen, diese Info vor Buchung zu erhalten.

When we arrived they asked us if we wanted to add breakfast that it will be 20€ xtra x person, the next day they changed 40€ for breakfast, there reasoning was that 20€ x person was for the previous day even tho we arrived at 3 pm, we paid and ask didn’t we paid in advance said no , supposedly it was a coupon that the breakfast was 30 and with the coupon was 40€. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi; İzmir Saat Kulesi, Kızlarağası Hanı, Kemeraltı Çarşısı ve Konak Camii gibi önemli noktalara yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çevresinde de birçok kafe, restoran ve gezilecek yer bulunması özellikle Kordon, Alsancak bölgesi ve sahil hattına yakınlığı büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Personel son derece ilgili, profesyonel ve güler yüzlüydü. Kahvaltı ise hem çeşitlilik hem de lezzet açısından oldukça tatmin ediciydi; güne keyifli bir başlangıç yapmak için ideal. Ayrıca otelin ücretli vale hizmeti bulunuyor. 2 oda rezervasyonu vardı, aynı süreli konaklamaya 2 farklı ücret ödemişiz. O kısmı anlayamadık. The term ‘from your home to ours’ comes true at Izmir Marriott where the staff are very friendly and welcoming and service at its best. Denis the guest relations manageress was perfect with warm welcome and gracious smile and the servitude of making our stay welcome. Very difficult to please my husband as he loves perfection and he felt at ease and happy which means the place and people made its mark. Would definitely recommend a stay here and walking distance to the iconic clock tower . The waterfront makes a peaceful walk throughout the day. Certainly recommend and we will be back soon.
