The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was at 6:30 which was a bit late for us. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit. Overall the stay was great.

The place has a nonsensical shower design, there's mold everywhere and now I'm hacking up my lungs. I've stayed at worse places but none have ever messed me up like this.

Café da manhã ruim, poucas opções. Equipe da recepção, exceto Raiane, desmotivada e com mau humor para atender. Estacionamento péssimo, descoberto e se chover as malas serão carregadas na chuva e pelos hóspedes. Quarto apertadíssimo, cama pequena e sem nenhum tipo de isolamento para o barulho com quartos vizinhos. Banheiro pequeno e com suporte para papel higiênico ridículo! Enfim, não recomendo!

Houve problema no check-in, internet caiu e depois de quase 1 hora ainda não havia sistema, perguntamos se não poderiamos ser acomodados e depois acertariamos a diaria, não foi possível, então deixamos a bagagem no hotel e fomos jantar. Ao voltar conseguimos pagar e nos acomodaram no quarto. Enquanto esperávamos o restabelecimento do sistema o saguão ficou cheio de pessoas cansadas aguardando ser acomodados. No mais café bom, quarto limpo e funcionários simpáticos... pena a demora para solucionar o problema e não ter um plano B para esta situação, deixando hospedes cansados insatisfeitos.

Virei cliente assídua do Hotel Valerim Itajaí, pela praticidade da locomoção, pois é bem central. Pela simpatia e cortesia dos funcionários; sempre dispostos a ajudar! Quartos são compactos, mais limpos e funcionais. Café da manhã bom e tradicional, com reposição. Hotel fica localizado numa área próxima à vários pontos de turismo e comércio. Recomendo a hospedagem!
