"We just spent a week at Atelier Playa Mujeres from January 25–31, 2026, and had the most wonderful time. This was a family trip with my husband, sister, and mom, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. We’ve stayed at three other resorts in Cancun before, and this one is by far the most luxurious. We kept talking about how incredible the food was, and the customer service was outstanding. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, made eye contact, and genuinely seemed happy to help—it really made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The weather wasn’t ideal (cool and rainy at times), but even that couldn’t take away from the experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very well taken care of the entire week. We also did the hydrotherapy and massage at the spa, and both were excellent—no surprise that they’ve won awards. It was truly a highlight of the trip. After reading a few one-star reviews here, I honestly feel many of them don’t reflect the reality of this resort. The hotel and staff clearly put in tremendous effort, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. I would happily recommend this place to anyone—especially family and friends—and would absolutely love to return."

"The beach is the most quiet and beautiful in Cancun. Staff were amazing! The room was spotless. Peaceful holiday conducive to digital detox. Beds are wonderful. Concierge staff at the beach were so helpful. Food tips: Bocadito food truck tacos. The best. Lupita Lounge: sirloin steak is actually rib eye. Delicious El Mar: Breakfast, lunch and dinner all delicious La Isla: Excellent Risotto Bisou: Delicious breakfast buffet"

"This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and definitely set the bar for us. We enjoyed our stay - rooms were kept clean, the staff were super nice and helpful! Information on how to participate in activities were clear and of course the bar service was always top notch. The food options could better but overall it was great!"
