"The room was nice size and clean. Their was a lot of bird poop all over the stairs. Check in was a mess they were not at the property when we arrived we had to drive 12 miles away to get checked in and the 12 miles back . Needs better signs on where the rooms are. There was nothing in the email about any of the changes. We ask to be in lower level with no stairs and the put us on the second floor with 18 steps when called they said none were available but I never seen anyone on the lower lever. And we had to put a 250.00 down for damages and nothing was in the email again . We will probably never stay again. The only the view was nice."

"It was a small, very clean condo, but with noisy neighbors (crying kids, yelling parents) on the other side during the weekend. No hot tub was available and too early for the pool to be open. Did not feel "special" for the romantic 50th anniversary getaway we were hoping for. It was convenient to places we went to. Had a distant view of Table Rock Lake. But the staff did make sure we received a beautiful flower arrangement & snack basket sent to us by our daughter. That was appreciated!"
