Ample parking spots. Plenty of bath towels and pillows. Needed more kitchen towels. The floor and kitchen counters were grimy when we got there, but it was easy enough to check in. The bed I used was comfortable. The water pressure was great, and with 6 in the condo we always had hot water.

The Shower heads in our unit were faulty but functional. Ran out of hot water quickly after 1 shower. The back door does not close correctly, The coffee maker does not work correctly. Was very clean though and quiet, views were nice.

Parking was very convenient. We had a first floor room and parked right next to the room entrance. Room was clean. It took us a minute to figure out how to turn the air from AC to heat because the weather changed dramatically. We were missing a couple items that I thought would be in the room - hair dryer and shampoo - but we managed.

Great view from the balcony of Table Rock Lake, even saw the Showboat several times on the lake. The room was clean & very spacious. Loved the walk-in shower in the bathroom! We will definitely be staying there again!!

Parking was nice, area around the property was clean. Room was clean and as advertised. Stocked well with towels, extra pillows and linens. The air conditioning went out our third night there and the door lock needed to be replaced as it would malfunction and sometimes take 7 or 8 tries to enter the room with the key.

The studio was beautiful, clean and very nice. But needs to be insulated a lot, could hear neighbors come and go, toilets flushing and showers along with conversations. Wish it could be a more private stay. Love the location and studio, it’s very nice, not much on quiet and privacy.
