Nice location and loved the pool area and beach. But the hallways had no air conditioning, the luggage carts were in disrepair causing all of our luggage to fall off the cart and our door wouldn’t shut without force and had to be oiled because it was so loud and difficult to open. Breakfast was also lacking.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable the food and the restaurant was great. The attention was spectacular. They included breakfast was delicious and fresh art variety. The pool was clean. The rooms were spacious very clean overall wonderful experience a wonderful hotel.

Such a welcoming staff. Valet and lobby had smiling staff ,ready to help with whatever we needed. Brian was great and didnt make us feel like we were a bother asking questions. Always had a warm smile. Rooms are nice size. Would stay again for sure!

The hotel is located right on the beach with a nice pool area, good breakfast buffet and great potential overall. Unfortunately, other guests can ruin the experience, like playing loud, vulgar rap music by the pool so you can not hear the hotel music which had a more pleasant beach vibe or allowing kids to run mayhem and scream, splash and horseplay in a small pool area in quiet environment. The hotel staff did little to correct either which did not make for a great experience.

Fantastic stay! Rooms are clean, everyone is friendly. The only word of caution is when swimming in the beach directly in front of the hotel. There are a lot of rocks along bottom with some sort of man-made concrete ledge that is in the water that you cannot see. When the waves are hitting harder and the riptide is high, and you are trying to go in or get out of the ocean,you can be pushed into the ledge and you can hurt yourself. Be mindful of this we would definitely return to this property.

Very clean hotel & excellent location. The breakfast area/lobby is too small and can get cramped in a hurry but that is an overall design problem of this entire chain rather than an issue at this particular location. I can recommended it with no reservations.
